Creators credited only by public handles are listed that way here; no private or legal names are inferred.

Dick Slater and Robbie Knox

RJ Green is credited as Detective Dick Slater, the burned-out investigator at the center of the story. Green’s professional website also lists The Skin Stapler among recent projects, providing a second source for his involvement. Steam names Slater as the lead but does not show cast credits on the store page.

Daniel Suraci is credited as rookie partner Robbie Knox. Suraci also has earlier credits with Tainted Pact, but that previous collaboration is background rather than proof of his current role. The official cast poster is the direct evidence for Robbie Knox.

Hexy and The Skin Stapler

The poster assigns both Hexy and the title killer to @HexyIRL. Hexy is the overworked clerk controlled in the Quick Fix demo section, where the official description says she serves questionable hot dogs. The killer is the figure pursued by Slater and Knox across Carrion City.

The cast poster confirms the Hexy connection and also adds the killer credit. It does not give a separate biography or real name for @HexyIRL, so this guide does not speculate about either detail.

Nurse Layna, Bee, and Luna

Layna Lazar is credited as Nurse Layna, a playable character announced by Tainted Pact. The announcement says Nurse Layna runs Lazar’s Blood Bank, and Layna Lazar confirmed the role on her own account. Her public biography describes her as a New Zealand-based cozy-horror VTuber and voice actor.

The cast poster credits Bee to @Runebee and Luna to @LunaArcana. Those role mappings are confirmed, but the official store description does not explain Bee’s plot function or Luna’s full story. Their relationships and outcomes have not been confirmed.

Blair and Fefe

Blair is credited to @Blairvira. Blair appears in the free demo as the playable employee at Gutters End Bowling Alley, and Blairvira published a video whose title says she is in the game as herself and a shrimp. The poster supplies the direct role mapping that earlier community research lacked.

Fefe is credited to @CovfefeChan, also known publicly as FeFe. Tainted Pact announced FeFe’s addition to the cast on June 3, 2026, and the performer posted a role announcement on the same day. A release-day media impression identifies Fefe as the playable opening character in an apartment during a thunderstorm.

Scaroline and DJ Woolz

Scaroline is credited to @Scarolinetv_. Tainted Pact separately announced that the character and model were based on the creator and described Scaroline as the owner of Underworld VHS, and the released game makes her the playable viewpoint of the Underworld VHS chapter, placed at 01:34:10 in the reference walkthrough.

DJ Woolz is credited to @KingWoolz. Full-game footage places him at his radio station during the late-game Closing In stretch, where Slater brings the damaged evidence tapes to be repaired, and Steam ties his name to “The Last Nut Standing” achievement for completing The Closing In chapter. He appears as a station character rather than a separately playable viewpoint.

Why older cast lists differ

One community completion post listed ten performers, while an indexed Threads summary of an earlier official model post included @wolfatyourgate and omitted @CovfefeChan. FeFe’s cast announcement came on June 3 and thanked her for helping “out of a bind,” which fits the timing of the addition. The date and final status of @wolfatyourgate in that older post remain unconfirmed because the Threads page is inaccessible.

The final cast poster provides the clearest role mapping and is used as the primary list. Two independent reproductions plus developer and performer posts support several individual credits. No accessible final credit currently connects @wolfatyourgate to a released role.

Language and full voice support

Steam says every character is fully voiced. Its language table lists English for interface, full audio, and subtitles, with no other official audio language listed. That means translated site interfaces do not imply translated game voice tracks.

No official dubbing cast for German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, or another language appears on the official pages. Check the Steam language table for later additions rather than assuming a translated site interface means the game has another dub.

What is still missing

The game’s end-credit sequence was not directly captured, and the IMDb and MobyGames pages for the game are inaccessible. The cast poster fills most role mappings, but it does not claim to list incidental voices, replacement credits, or people thanked outside the principal cast. Searches for “who voices Roger in The Skin Stapler” do not match a confirmed character on the official cast list. Results for unrelated performers named Roger belong to other games or films and should not be folded into this cast. The table contains eleven named character credits because HexyIRL performs two roles. It should not be read as proof that the game has no incidental voices, cameos, or people thanked outside the principal poster. A complete official transcription of the scrolling end credits was not available.
